This thoughtfully planned 620 sq. ft. 1BHK apartment offers a comfortable balance of space, privacy, and functionality—ideal for small families, couples, solo travelers, or business guests seeking a calm and well-maintained stay.

The apartment features one private bedroom designed for restful comfort. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the living room too offers provision to convert the sofa into a single bed as well. The home includes one well-maintained bathroom which is attached with a small balcony where one may use it as a smoking spot. Smoking is barred in the bedroom as smoke detectors are installed.

The kitchen is fully functional and suitable for preparing meals during your stay. The space is concised, uncluttered, and professionally maintained, with a strong focus on cleanliness, comfort, and ease of living.
