House Rules & Guest Safety
Welcome to our studio. We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable, safe and peaceful stay. Please read and follow these rules.
1. Guest identity and registration
- All guests must provide accurate booking details and valid identification as required by applicable law.
- The names and number of guests staying must match the confirmed reservation.
- The host may request identity verification before check-in.
- Foreign nationals must provide the required passport, visa and other details for applicable reporting requirements.
2. Occupancy and visitors
- The studio is intended for a maximum of two overnight guests.
- Unregistered visitors are not permitted without the host's prior approval.
- Parties, gatherings and events are not permitted.
- Guests must not sublet, transfer or allow another person to occupy the studio in their place without approval.
3. Quiet hours and neighbours
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Loud music, shouting, disruptive behaviour and activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited.
- Guests must respect the privacy, safety and peaceful enjoyment of other residents.
4. Illegal activities
- Illegal drugs, unlawful activities and the storage of prohibited substances or items are strictly prohibited.
- Alcohol must be consumed responsibly and only where lawful. Disorderly conduct, harassment, threats or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
5. Kitchen and gas safety
- Turn off the gas stove and its controls after every use.
- Never leave cooking unattended.
- Keep flammable materials away from the stove.
- Do not tamper with gas connections, electrical fittings or safety equipment.
- If you smell gas, do not operate electrical switches or create a flame. Leave the area and contact the host and emergency services from a safe location.
6. Care of the property
- Please use furniture, appliances, bedding, utensils and other facilities responsibly.
- Do not move heavy furniture, tamper with fixtures or remove property items.
- Report any accidental damage, leaks, electrical faults or malfunctioning equipment promptly.
- Guests may be held responsible for proven damage or missing items caused by their actions, subject to applicable law and platform policies.
7. Keys, access and security
- Keep doors and windows secured whenever you leave.
- Do not share keys, access codes or entry instructions with unauthorised persons.
- Do not duplicate keys or change locks.
- Inform the host immediately if a key is lost or access security is compromised.
- Please switch off unnecessary electrical appliances and the gas stove when leaving.
8. Cleanliness and waste
- Dispose of waste in the designated bins.
- Do not flush sanitary products, wipes or other unsuitable materials down the toilet.
- Please leave used utensils reasonably clean and report spills or plumbing problems.
- No hazardous, flammable or illegal materials may be brought into the studio.
9. Pets and additional facilities
- Pets are permitted only with prior approval from the host.
10. Check-in, check-out and emergencies
- Follow the confirmed check-in and check-out times.
- Inform the host promptly if your arrival time changes.
- In an emergency, move to a safe location and contact the appropriate emergency service.
- Report security concerns, suspicious activity or damage to the host immediately.
